A classic tale- Man and his dog. Except that it’s not his dog. And this isn't a classic tale.Well, maybe the dog had a classic tail, but he's also a mutt so all of the genes kind of blend together after a while.
I honestly didn't know what to expect going into this, but it surpassed any expectations I had by far. I was quite entertained and the storytelling was wonderful- detailed and creative. The narration, as voiced by the main character, was spot on and I found myself laughing multiple times despite this being a short story. He was sarcastic, witty, and detached- kind of like a drinking buddy. It made him very easy to relate to and it was easy to get into the story from the second page due to his narration. He guided me through the story quite well and answered all of the questions that I had as the plot developed. It is a most excellent read and I'm pleased that I picked it up.
